This mom's grown son painted this picture when he was a young kid. Her sister was remodeling her dining room and commented that she would love to have her own "Last Supper" painting. As a surprise, the artist's mother had me redo his painting for his aunt. Now they both have their own versions.
The final art is 11x14 inches.
Jack drew this picture he titled "August 24th in the Park." The picture of his little brother, Samuel, was taken from another one of Jack's drawings
and incorporated into this one.
I love these pictures. They are just so bright and happy. They were drawn by Molly and Libby for their grandparents Honey and Poppy.
The pictures really show the love these girls feel for their grandparents.
Introducing my new size: 11x14 when matted, which means the image is about 8x10.
I love how this one came out. It is a compilation of 4 different Father's Day cards.
Parts of each child's card is incorporated into this picture that is now hanging in their daddy's office.
Jessie drew this adorable picture of herself with her sister, Annie.
A friend of my son's is a wonderful artist. I reworked her bunny picture for her birthday.
Here's a cute family portrait that Ben drew. I especially love the rainbow dogs. They weren't colored on his original, so I asked what color he would like. His answer was "rainbow."
Haley was over the other day for a play date. As my son danced around the room to Carrie Underwood,
Haley was perfectly happy sitting down and drawing this adorable picture.
Connor's and Tyler's grandmother had them each draw a picture. Connor drew the family scene above (see the original by rolling over the image), and Tyler drew the snowman (and his own name). I incorporated them into one wintry picture that their grandmother is surprising their parents with for Christmas.

Abby and Emma are sisters, and they both have their own unique style. One uses bolder strokes, one uses lighter lines.
But they both show lots of happiness, energy and love!

This little girl drew a beautiful family portrait. I especially love how the mom and dad are wearing crowns! A family portrait like this is a great gift for the grandparents. Each year can be a new picture. Not only can you see how the family changes, but also how the artist's style evolves.
Below is more of her work.

I LOVE this idea! This family was redoing their son's bedroom into a Star Wars theme as a Christmas surprise. The mother sent me his adorable pictures of the Star Wars characters so she could have them hanging in his new room. What a great personal touch! She also sent me a rocket ship picture. We decided to make that one into a door sign, a great way to enter into his new "Space Room" (see below)
Check out Alex's cool room! And see how proud he is of his finished artwork. I love it!
This mom ordered 2 prints of each of these adorable pictures her 2 young artists drew. She will be giving a set of prints to each set of grandparents. Great idea for the holidays!
I saw this picture taped up to a friend's kitchen cabinet and just loved it. I knew it would look great in color, and I asked her if I could work on it. I'm happy she said yes, cause it's one of my favorites.....so far!
This picture was given to me by an old friend. Her niece drew it, and she wanted to give it to her sister as a gift. What a nice surprise!
This mom contacted me to work on the picture her son drew when she was out of town. I love the story behind this one, as it shows his love and how much he missed her. His arm stretches out super long to hold her hand across the road she has traveled....how cute!

This mom came to me with a great idea. Her son loved to make up stories, and she would draw little pictures to accompany them. She wanted a more finished look for this "Super Daddy" comic. Something her husband can hang up at the office or at home.

I absolutely love both ot these. A friend's daughter drew them, and I just had had so much fun working on them.
