"Go Rodey Mullen!" I screamed. I was watching the "X-Games" and my role model was up, Rodney Mullen. "Why are you screaming?" my mom asked. "My role model is on the "X-Games," his name is Rodney Mullen, he's a pro skateboarder." "Why is he your role model?" "That's easy. I'll give you three reasons why he's my role model." One: he's nice to kids and otherpeople. Two: he invented my favorite tricks which are the "manual" which is when you ride on the 2 back wheels of your skateboard, the "nose manual" which is when you ride on your front 2 wheels, and the "ballerina" which is when you do a "manual" and turn in a 360 degree angle. Lastly three: he's been in the "X-Games" a lot which is what I would like to do since I skateboard too."Now do you know why Rodney Mullen is my role model?" "ZzZzZzZzZzZz." "Mom wake up!" "Huh, oh what did I miss?" "Ah forget it." Ben M. |
